      What services do you offer?

      Our core services are eCommerce website development, email marketing, and marketing consulting. We partner with skilled experts in branding, copywriting, and creative services to you help you bring you vision to life. If you're in need of a quick Ask Me Anything session, Website Audit, or Consulting you can purchase one of our Express Services here.

      Do you offer payment plans?

      Yes! We understand the importance of investing in your brand, while we also know it can be costly. For that reason, we break our Website Development service into 3 installments, 50% upfront, 30% mid-project, 20% end-of-project. For our Express Services, you can pay in installments using ShopPay.

      What kind of websites do you setup?

      We are eCommerce focused. We work with eCommerce merchants to build their websites (Shopify specifically), but can also look into working on a different eCommerce platform of your choice.

      What is expected before beginning a project with you?

      Before deciding to work with On Twelve, we do require that you have an established brand identity (logo, typography, color palette, photography). If you do not have this, we will refer you to one of our trusted partners. We also request when you commit to working with us that you have all necessary content to us in a timely manner.
